Each lot was carefully planned to take advantage of sweeping valley views and vistas of 13,000’ Mt. Sopris as well as the private ponds and the Roaring Fork River. Coryell Ranch features a community fishing cabin nestled along the banks of a series of ponds that front the river banks.
