This is a nature and weather webcam in Caspian Michigan looking over a pond in a deep hole.  The pond was created from an old mine that was imploded.  Starts at the big tree in the front and ends on far trees in the view.  The pond is hole at least 50 feed down can only be seen from the bank.  Not sure which mine it is, there were six mines in the area.  Caspian has a rich mining history with 6 major mines in the area in around 1900-1922.  The Baltic Mine, The Caspian Mine, The Young's Mine, The Fogarty Mine, The Burks Mine, and the Buck Mine.
